Karun's 12 Egg Frittata

  • 12 eggs
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 sausages
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 cup of parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • any vegetables you'd like to add, diced


  1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F
  2. Slice the bacon and sausage in to small pieces
  3. Heat a large oven-proof pan to medium-high heat and add the bacon and sausage
  4. While bacon and sausage is cooking, whisk eggs + butter in a large bowl and add salt and pepper to this mixture
  5. (if adding vegetables) before the meat is fully cooked add in your vegetables
  6. Add the eggs to the pan and combine everything together with a few stirs
  7. Immediately place the entire pan in the oven and cook for 25 min
  8. Remove, slice and serve hot (tastes great with some hot sauce too)!
