How I Got a 6-Pack Working 60+ Hours a Week

Two years ago, I had fallen out of shape and started a business: we had 0 customers and $0 in revenue.

Fast forward to today, we have 1000s of customers, millions in revenue, and despite working harder than I've ever worked before over the past two years (60+ hours a week), I've gotten into the best shape of my life.

How?

At first, I didn't realize how this transformation was happening but eventually I realized that anyone is capable of getting in the best shape of their life, no matter how hard they are working. And more importantly, transforming your health can serve as a catalyst for so many other things.

  1. You don't have to tradeoff between your health and hard work. If anything it's the opposite: keeping your body sharp keeps your mind sharp, and allows you to work even harder and more effectively.
  2. You don't need more time, you need more focus.
